Job Description
As a Technical Cutover Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project. This includes ensuring technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
You will collaborate with our leadership team, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
The ideal candidate will provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through our project management tool, meetings, emails, and project documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
