Business Development Manager

* Manage key client relationships to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive revenue growth.
* Develop strategic account plans to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.

Key Account Management involves building strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust, loyalty, and mutual success. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide innovative solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

Requirements:

* Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven track record of delivering results in an autonomous working environment, with a strong emphasis on commercial acumen and industry knowledge.
* Strong understanding of the travel & hospitality industries, with the ability to stay up-to-date on market trends and developments.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Travel Industry Expertise:

* Deep understanding of the travel industry, including its key players, trends, and challenges.
* Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform business decisions.
