We are seeking a Product Owner/Scrum Master to take ownership of client projects, bridging the gap between business and technical teams. In this role, you will capture and document requirements, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of eCommerce solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to align business needs with technical execution, while serving as a subject matter expert on platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Shopify.
Responsibilities
Capture, document, and manage requirements for eCommerce implementations to align with client business objectives.
Act as a liaison between development and business teams, translating technical requirements into accessible information for non-technical stakeholders (and vice versa).
Lead workshops and discussions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of business processes and requirements.
Serve as the main client contact for project delivery—leading meetings, fielding questions, and managing expectations.
Develop documentation, diagrams, and other materials to communicate requirements to technical teams.
Support clients by creating training materials, SOP guides, and other resources.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of eCommerce solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert on eCommerce platform capabilities, supporting troubleshooting and providing solution recommendations.
Stay current on emerging eCommerce technologies and assess their potential application to client projects.
Provide thought leadership in eCommerce with deep expertise in SFCC and/or Shopify platforms.
Requirements
5-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master within the eCommerce industry, ideally with large enterprise brands.
Hands-on experience with enterprise-level projects, specifically using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Shopify.
Deep understanding and application of Agile software development processes.
Skilled at facilitating collaboration across engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams.
Strong ability to prioritize features and user stories based on customer needs and business goals.
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities at once.
