Enterprise Service Operations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our service delivery. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our service delivery, ensuring seamless execution and meeting customer expectations. Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and implementing effective on-call schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage.
* Maintaining accurate configuration information for customer systems.
* Developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient incident management.

To succeed in this role you should have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field such as Service Delivery Management, Managed Services, or IT Operations.
