Junior Recruiter - As the IT market keeps growing, we are looking to expand our talented international team of Recruiters. What youll doThis is a communication-driven role. Your typical day includes:- Proactive calling to identify qualified candidates among the ones selected by our sourcing team- Interviewing candidates and preparing their documents- Coaching candidates before interviews with our clients- Conducting follow-ups after interviews- Extending job offers and supporting candidates through the offer processWhat you need- Upper-Intermediate English or higher- Good communication skills.
