Senior Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking a skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client services group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client needs and business objectives.
* Take full ownership of assigned client accounts, driving revenue growth and achieving performance targets.
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management within the iGaming industry, preferably for a slot or game provider.
* Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is an advantage.
* Native or resident of a LATAM market (e.g., Brazil, Colombia, or Peru).
Requirements:
* Demonstrate expertise in relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
