This role is pivotal in driving the digital transformation, growth and success of the BOBST regional organization by identifying and developing new data-based services solutions to meet business needs, deliver better services and increase customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities (to do):
- Proactively present Bobst Digital Solutions to customers;
- Ensure that all new equipment are accordingly connected and Bobst Digital Solutions are properly activated;
- Conduct Bobst Connect trainings, for both internal and external customers;
- Be responsible for key onboarding activities with customers;
- Implement services sales strategy & sales approach with the regional actors;
- Identify "quick wins" and convert them to concrete deals by understanding current equipment installed base and customers profiles;
- Act as the voice of customers to escalate internally new requirements and business opportunities;
- Cooperate with the Global Bobst Connect Team, Services Marketing, IOT Lab and regional sales;
- Be accountable for Bobst Digital Solutions & Connected Services annual budget and 3 years business plan for its specific zone;
- Contribute actively to the deployment of Bobst Industry Vision in his/her area of responsibility.

- Knowledge of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) of packaging production (can be expanded on the job)
- Basic knowledge of setting up and executing production orders (workflow) in packaging production

University degree.
Engineer/Technical profile with good Business management skills.
Min. 5 years of professional experience in at least one industry / business, preferred in packaging industry
Advanced English, other languages are a plus
Good understanding of Bobst markets and dynamic
