About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Coordinador(a) EHS, where you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives and projects. As part of this position, you will be responsible for optimizing and standardizing processes, information systems, and reports, as well as developing innovative solutions to ensure EHS leadership in our operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Implement and develop EHS agendas and programs for Sales in Brazil.
* Ensure accurate recording of occupational incidents, metrics, injuries, illnesses, collisions, audit findings, action plans, compliance tasks, and all EHS data in the systems.
* Support and implement GEHSMS Standards, ensuring compliance with international ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
* Identify industry best practices and coordinate EHS internal programs for Brazil.
* Coordinate GEHSMS external audits.
* Ensure safety agendas for Fleet, Drive Safety, and Large Format Sales are coordinated in your region.
* Provide support and training related to Safety.
* Establish and implement programs for internal and external assessments, including inspections.
* Identify opportunities for improving EHS&S programs and reducing work-related incidents.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in EHS Management systems, with relevant work experience and a post-graduation in Safety. Lead auditor certification in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and expertise in MyEHS system platform are also required. Additionally, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, capability building, and team leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Enablon (MyEHS), PowerBI, and languages such as Portuguese (native), English (intermediate), Spanish (intermediate) are also necessary.
