Support the structuring, documentation, and improvement of the company’s internal processes, contributing to the standardization and operational organization of projects. Acts as a support base for the Process team, collaborating in the mapping of workflows, data analysis, and development of operational materials, while developing practical knowledge in process management methodologies and quality tools.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Support the mapping and documentation of business processes;
- Conduct research and benchmarking on management methods;
- Assist in the creation and updating of templates, presentations, and reports;
- Attend project meetings and management rituals;
- Help maintain artifacts such as kanbans, backlogs, and schedules;
- Collaborate in measuring and updating process performance indicators.
**Basic Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields);
- Organization, proactivity, and good communication skills;
- Interest in learning about process management;
- Basic knowledge of Google tools and Excel.
**Differentials**:
- Intermediate English;
- Understanding of BPMN and flowcharts;
- Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban);
- Interest in data and/or technology projects.
