Responsibilities
* Interpret and analyze the technical executive project plans, specifications and procedures.
* Dimension the production staff for services as agreed with the Engineer.
* Maintain order and discipline on the construction site.
* Ensure services are performed under working safety conditions.
* Assist the Engineer and keep informed about service planning and progress.
* Oversee the services performed by the production team and/or contractors, ensuring productivity and quality.
* Participate in hiring and dismissal of production personnel when necessary.
* Ensure cleanliness and hygiene on the construction site are maintained.
* Guide the field team and the warehouse clerk regarding activity techniques.
Qualifications
* Experience in structural masonry works (obras alvenaria estrutural).
