The Governance and New Demands Lead will be responsible for managing new business demands and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring structured prioritization, alignment with stakeholders, and seamless integration into the existing landscape.
This position requires a strategic mindset to balance operational governance with business agility, guaranteeing that all new implementations and improvements follow best practices and do not introduce risks into the environment.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
The successful candidate will drive enhancements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools, working with business and IT teams to increase efficiency and value delivery.
Additionally, they will ensure smooth transitions from projects to operations, coordinating with functional and technical teams to establish proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
They will act as a bridge between IT and business, ensuring that requirements are well understood and implemented in a structured manner.
The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder collaboration skills and be able to track and report on the efficiency of governance and demand management processes.
They will also identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new demands and operational governance, and collaborate with external partners to ensure governance best practices are followed in outsourced services.
