Sales Growth Manager Role
Drive expansion across the LATAM region by selling high-quality nutraceutical ingredients to dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level connections with brand owners, contract manufacturers, and distributors.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans for country- and segment-level territories to capture new business opportunities.
3. Presentation of nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly communicating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
4. Collaboration with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
5. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify areas of growth and protect market share.
6. Meeting and exceeding quarterly/annual sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
7. Representing the organization at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
8. Providing technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
9. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards.
