Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management,Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.2. Experience: Significant experience in eCommerce operations, supply chain management,or a related field, with at least 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience andmanaging a PNL or cost center.3. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of eCommerce industry trends, best practices,and emerging technologies.4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data andmake informed decisions.5.
