ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Paralegal to join our SHEIN Brazil legal team.
You will support day-to-day legal demands, organizing documents, SLAs and payments, and helping ensure compliance and efficiency in all legal processes.
Responsabilities Review and track subsidy requests sent to China, monitoring all legal and response deadlinesSupport the preparation and analysis of returned subsidiesDraft and send responses to official lettersOrganize and archive digital documents for easy accessLiaise with external law firms, regulators and industry entitiesHelp monitor and follow up on area payments Requirements: Degree completed or in progress in Law, Business Administration or related fieldsPrevious experience in a corporate legal department or law firmFamiliarity with legal-management systems and document organizationStrong communication, analytical skills and attention to detailIntermediate/advanced Microsoft Office and knowledge of legal tools Nice to have: Experience in fashion, retail or e-commerceIntermediate or advanced EnglishOAB-licensed lawyer is a plus At SHEIN, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
