We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth within the iGaming vertical. This role is focused on acquiring new business, building strong relationships with key players in the ecosystem, and scaling revenue through performance-driven advertising solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong hunter mindset, deep knowledge of the iGaming industry, and a proven track record in digital sales. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the market, working closely with internal teams to deliver impactful and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
* Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on new business acquisition within the iGaming vertical.
* Build and manage relationships with advertisers, affiliates, and key partners in the ecosystem.
* Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Negotiate and structure performance-based deals (e.G., CPA, ROI-driven models).
* Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure successful campaign execution.
* Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize results and client satisfaction.
* Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and consistently report on performance, forecasts, and key metrics.
* Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the iGaming space.
Requirements
* Strong experience in digital sales, ideally within iGaming, betting, or performance marketing.
* Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including players, affiliates, and monetization models.
* Proven hunter profile, with a relentless, persistent, and highly driven approach to winning new business.
* Track record of consistently exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
* Strong negotiation skills, with hands-on experience in performance-based deals (e.G., CPA, ROI).
* Fluent in Portuguese and English.

* Existing network within the iGaming, betting, or affiliate marketing ecosystem.
* Experience working with performance marketing platforms or adtech solutions.
* Familiarity with digital advertising metrics and campaign optimization strategies.
