About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a skilled Scrum facilitator to join our Product & Engineering environment. This is an exciting hands-on role for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring alignment with Agile principles and support one Scrum team with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings and retrospectives to ensure smooth team progress and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with enterprise Agile Coaches to identify opportunities for growth and implement improvements in team performance and delivery.
* Partner with cross-functional team members across multiple regions to drive successful project outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Scrum of Scrums.
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and related certifications.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar platforms.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts effectively.
