About the Role:
This is a long-term Backfill IT Support position covering IT infrastructure, networking, data center operations, and hardware troubleshooting. The selected candidate will provide on-site technical support to our client in Ibirubá, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site technical support for IT infrastructure, networking, data center operations, and hardware troubleshooting
* Support multiple systems, applications, and networks to ensure seamless operation
* Identify and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
