Job Title: Visual Experience Designer
Description:
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Visual Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing responsive web pages, funnels, and digital experiences that drive conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing wireframes and hi-fidelity mockups in Figma
* Collaborating with developers to ensure faithful implementation of designs
* Maintaining brand consistency while customizing for each client's audience and goals
Requirements:
* Expert-level proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio of web and mobile UI/UX projects
* Solid experience designing subscription-based funnels, landing pages, and checkout flows
* Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and ability to design based on data, intent, and behavior
* Ability to deliver fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with WordPress and/or Webflow
* Experience in light copywriting or structuring narrative-based landing pages
* Comfort working across multiple brands or industries simultaneously
