As Head of Operations, you’ll be responsible for boosting fullfillment performance and scaling team effectiveness across Portugal (mature market) and Brazil (fast-growing market). You’ll lead teams, design scalable processes, and work closely with Product and Sales to ensure reliability and growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead and scale operations teams in Portugal and Brazil, ensuring clarity, accountability, and performance.
Drive marketplace KPIs: fulfillment rates, cancellations, retention, and response times.
Build scalable processes and playbooks to support rapid growth.
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align priorities and deliver results.
Use data and dashboards to spot bottlenecks and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance and operational excellence across both markets.
Your Profile
Experience leading operations in startups, marketplaces, or high-growth companies (healthtech is a plus).
Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven decision-making.
Proven track record scaling teams and processes.
Hands-on, resilient, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to align cross-functional teams.
