As a Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our product roadmap. This involves working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
This is a senior role that combines elements of project management and product coordination. It requires someone with experience in customer-facing SaaS environments who thrives in organized and execution-focused roles.
* Manage and coordinate the day-to-day product development process
* Facilitate planning meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery reviews
* Translate product ideas into structured development-ready tasks
* Draft and refine feature briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria
* Track progress across sprints and proactively identify and resolve delivery issues
* Maintain task boards and ensure relevant documentation is kept current and clear
* Communicate with internal stakeholders, such as medical experts and support teams, to clarify priorities and requirements
Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in project management within a software team and has worked closely with developers and understands the rhythms of SaaS product delivery. They are comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex product work.
Candidates experienced in roles such as product or project management within a small or medium-sized software company, business analysis, product operations, or implementation roles in SaaS environments are preferred. We also value candidates who can demonstrate their experience working with web-based software products used by paying external customers.
