The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for a SAP Business Analyst, who wants to learn and transform their career.Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders- Translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP solutions- Configure and/or support SAP modules as required (e.G., FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.)- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose optimized solutions- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects- Produce functional documentation (FDD, BRD, AS-IS and TO-BE processes)- Support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure quality delivery- Assist with end-user training and post-go-live support- Ensure adherence to IT governance and best practicesRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role- Hands-on experience with SAP (one or more modules)- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or traditional (Waterfall) methodologies- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred)What do we offer?
