Oracle Cloud Field Service Consultant
This role involves implementing and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) with key responsibilities including:
* Leading implementation, configuration, and customization of OFS to support business workflows, scheduling, routing, and mobile field operations.
* Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Strong understanding of OFS architecture, configuration frameworks, APIs, message scenarios, routing, and capacity planning.
* Hands-on experience designing workflows, activity types, and policy configurations in OFS.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 3–5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
* Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
