* Identify and assess opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals in different countries.
* Collaborate with team members to gather relevant data and documentation for proposal preparation.
* Develop tailored project references and CVs to meet tender requirements.
* Contribute to maintaining an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices.
This role requires strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, as well as fluency in Portuguese, German, and English (B2-C1). Experience with procurement in the public sector is advantageous.
