We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a high-impact project. You’ll be the technical owner of features end-to-end, from database to browser, with a focus on performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, thrives in ambiguity, and communicates clearly.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails at production scale;
- Proven AWS infrastructure experience (systems that don’t wake you up at night);
- Solid skills with React/Redux for full feature delivery;
- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL and performance optimization;
- Experience integrating AI tools into development workflow;
- Strong communication and ownership mindset;
- Work with EST timezone.
Responsibilities
- Own full-stack features from database to browser;
- Optimize data layers to eliminate performance bottlenecks;
- Improve Rails architecture for long-term maintainability;
- Build scalable AWS-based data pipelines;
- Deliver high-quality, production-ready React/Redux features;
- Use AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Jules, Factory) as part of your daily development workflow;
- Communicate clearly and work independently in a high-ambiguity environment.
Would be a plus
- Experience modernizing legacy Rails systems
- Familiarity with system design and long-term infrastructure planning
- Track record of optimizing query plans and execution times
- Ability to think in terms of systems, not isolated features
