Coordinación con Jefe de turno.
Control stock
Control stocks intermedios
Gestión de fabricación de repuestos
Simulaciones de PCA (Planes de contingencia activos)
Coordinación con técnicos de CAL y MTO
Aseguramiento de estándares
Aseguramiento estado 5S
Resolución de incidencias en línea.
Gestión, implementación y realización de ideas de mejora.
Medición de fabricados en el turno.
Gestión de 1ª Pieza.
Gestión de entrada de secuencias en línea y resolución de problemas.
Gestión de peticiones adicionales de cliente.
Coordinación en Shopfloor con resto de departamentos.
Comunicación con cliente a través del Centro de Gestión.
Your Personality
Experiencia gestionando equipos.
Control de ofimática.
Nivel de inglés básico.
Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión logística: ERP (SAP), sistemas JIT/JIS, gestión de albaranes.
Conocimientos básicos de calidad.
Normas de seguridad y prevención de riesgos.
Organización y gestión del tiempo.
Resolución de incidencias con rapidez y criterio.
Trabajo en equipo con carretilleros, producción y calidad.
Adaptabilidad ante cambios de carga de trabajo o urgencias propias del sector automoción.
Comunicación efectiva.
Proactividad para anticipar necesidades y mantener el flujo sin interrupciones.
Responsabilidad y compromiso con el cumplimiento de estándares.
