Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the external accountant to ensure seamless financial operations.
* Develop and maintain effective administrative systems and processes.
* Liaise with courier companies, clients, and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in an administrative role and knowledge of accounting principles.
* Preference given to those familiar with ERP software.
* Knowledge of logistics processes is highly valued.
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English. Italian language proficiency is also appreciated.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
