Job Description:
You will deliver insights using quantitative data to support our operations business. You will work closely with inventory, logistics, retail, and customer services team within the ops org, and partner with tech and finance teams working with nearly all aspects of our growing business. You will collaborate with operations analysts to understand, measure, and optimize efficiency in our operations, provide clarity of business performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive alignment to focus on the most impactful areas for our company.
What You Get To Do Every Day:
Understand and quantify operational efficiency metrics.
Design, implement, and report on item data throughout our receiving, authentication, launch and outbound flow.
Provide key product health measurements and reporting to support the business on a daily basis
Communicate product insights to business partner teams and leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
English - Mandatory
5+ years years analytics experience
Expert in SQL
5+ years of experience with BI tools such as microstrategy, tableau, looker etc.
Expert in translating between practical problems and technical formulations and solutions
Proven ability to design and implement time-sensitive strategic projects involving methodology development, analysis, strategic recommendations, and presentation of the findings
Proven track record of thriving with ambiguity
Preferred Requirements:
eCommerce or logistics industry experience preferred
