Financial Operations Specialist Role Overview
This is a high-impact role where you'll combine hands-on accounting with process improvement, helping the organization scale as it continues to expand its footprint.
* Lead and support the transition from QuickBooks Online to NetSuite (~70% complete), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
* Manage full-cycle accounting operations: general ledger, AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
* Maintain and update loan schedules, insurance allocations, and related entries across operating entities.
* Categorize transactions in Ramp, Brex, and other systems.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
* Continuously improve accounting processes and leverage NetSuite functionality for efficiency gains.
