Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Representative at Next Level Growth.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, contacting, qualifying, and closing potential clients who may benefit from our marketing and lead generation services. This role involves speaking with business owners, understanding their goals and challenges, presenting tailored marketing solutions, handling objections, following up consistently, and helping convert qualified prospects into clients.
Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new opportunities, managing inbound and outbound conversations, presenting NLG’s services, booking and conducting sales calls, updating the CRM, and working closely with the internal marketing team to ensure a strong client experience from the first conversation.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable selling marketing services in a fast-paced remote environment.
Qualifications
-Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
-Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, business development, or closing deals
-Ability to identify qualified prospects, build relationships, and guide conversations toward a clear next step
-Familiarity with digital marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, social media, or agency services is strongly preferred
-Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
-Ability to handle objections professionally and follow up consistently
-Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
-Experience using CRM tools, sales pipelines, calendars, and sales management software is a plus
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Fluent English required
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
Compensation
Compensation is performance-based and may include base pay, commission, or a combination depending on experience.
