About the Job
We seek a talented Salesforce Developer to design and develop world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a key member of our team, you will develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, analyzing project objectives, creating customer workflows, and troubleshooting errors.
To ensure success in this role, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Develop innovative new tools and services on the Salesforce platform tailored to the complexities of labor resource management, payroll, and human resources;
* Design and implement custom interfaces, advanced workflows, and other technical elements within Salesforce that improve the overall user experience;
* Provide training and guidance to junior developers, contributing to their growth as engineers;
* Analyze business processes and translate them into efficient Salesforce implementations, leveraging Flows, Apex, LWC, and relevant APIs;
* Assist with integrations involving third-party APIs and implementation;
* Take ownership of issues through to resolution, including troubleshooting, driving internal communication with stakeholders, and gathering feedback to improve technical solutions;
* Liaise with internal teams to address technical challenges and contribute to product roadmap changes/new features;
* Support a culture of collaboration, respect, engineering excellence, and regular delivery of customer value;
* Analyze complex business and technical requirements to guide solution design and delivery;
* Enhance existing architecture and optimize performance for scale via best practices and industry standards;
* Manage and complete Salesforce development deliverables, prioritizing multiple initiatives and balancing competing demands;
* Establish best practices for code reviews, documentation, and the Salesforce development life cycle, contributing to the knowledge base and continuous learning of the development team;
* Perform thorough testing of Salesforce code, components, and integrations, including writing detailed user testing instructions for stakeholders.
Requirements
* Experience in the programmatic development of Salesforce applications using Apex;
* Experience working on a development team in a highly customized Salesforce environment, with expertise across various Salesforce clouds (Service, Experience, etc.);
* Highly experienced with Lightning (Aura and Lightning Web Components), Visualforce, REST and SOAP APIs, and Web Services;
* Non-Salesforce ecosystem development experience is a plus; architect-level experience is preferred but not required;
* Well-versed in best DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and deployment pipelines;
* The following certificates are strongly preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
