Responsabilidades e atribuições
Develop and maintain systems using low‑platform programming languages, and guide the team in best software construction practices.
Apply logical reasoning, learn quickly, and be proactive.
Oversee monitoring, technical supervision, implementations, and provide customer support.
Engage in systems engineering, including creation of microservices, automated tests, middleware applications, and orchestrators.
Focus on performance, observability, and resilience of applications.
Requisitos e qualificações
Fluency in English.
Availability to work in a hybrid format in Santo Amaro/SP (3 times a week).
Experience with Java, microservices, and frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot.
Knowledge of AWS cloud.
Experience integrating with RESTful services.
Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
Knowledge of relational databases or NoSQL.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with collaborative tools like Jira and Confluence.
Certifications in Java, Cloud, or Scrum are a plus.
Experience with DevSecOps practices, continuous integration using Maven, Jenkins, GitLab, Sonar, Fortify, and Artifactory.
Bachelor’s degree in Systems or Computing Engineering, Maths, Physics, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.

Senior Backend Developer – Decskill (Remote)

Responsabilidades
Develop robust Node.js applications focused on scalability and performance.
Design and implement cloud architectures and asynchronous systems for efficient data processing.
Ensure database integration and optimization for large volumes of data.

Requisitos
3–5 years of professional backend development experience with Node.js.
Advanced knowledge of cloud architecture.
Proficiency in SOLID principles and design patterns such as Factory, Singleton, Strategy, and Observer.
Experience designing and implementing asynchronous communication systems.
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and/or BigQuery.
Ability to handle large volumes of data (big data).
Version control experience with GitHub (Git‑Flow, pull requests).
Experience with Unit Tests and preferably TDD.
