The ideal candidate will have experience working with distributed teams, collaborating closely with Agile leadership, and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with Agile principles. They will also partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery, assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
