ServiceNow ITOM Solutions Architect
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a ServiceNow Senior Platform Consultant. As an expert in ServiceNow ITOM solutions, you will play a key role in designing and developing complex ServiceNow configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
* Application Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
* Integration Development: Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
* Technical Guidance: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
* Upgrade Testing: Perform upgrade testing by validating customizations, configurations, and integrations across major and minor ServiceNow releases.
* Automated Test Framework (ATF): Develop and maintain ATF test suites to validate core ServiceNow functionalities ensuring stability and reducing manual regression efforts.
* Platform Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues efficiently.
* Documentation: Maintain documentation for development and configuration activities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
* Experience: 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
* Automation and DevOps: Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD) code versioning tools like Git, and Agile principles.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
* Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
