Spearhead SAP data conversion and loading, encompassing technical preparation, conversion execution, defect management, and reporting. Lead cross-functional teams to define test strategies and align with project goals.

Key Responsibilities
\
\
1. End-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle management
\
2. Collaboration with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders
\
3. Data conversion and testing cycle coordination and management
\
4. Traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects
\
5. Data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional, and other teams
\
6. Leadership and mentorship of data team members, ensuring adherence to data conversion best practices and standards
\
7. Progress, risk, and issue tracking and reporting to project leadership
\
\
Required Qualifications
\
\
8. 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role
\
9. Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points
\
10. Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred
\
11. Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti
\
12. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
\
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
