Will be responsible for material planning, operations planning, procedures and liaison with other Functional areas.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLogistics Planning: Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for host city venues.Operational Control: Coordinate warehouse management, material handling, and asset tracking (e.g., equipment for stadiums and training sites).Stakeholder Management: Work with Host Cities, Official Logistics Service Providers (LSPs), and FIFA functional areas to align on requirements.Risk Mitigation: Maintain risk registers and develop contingency plans for logistical challenges.Reporting: Monitor KPIs for logistics, policies and proceduresYOUR PROFILEEducation: Engineering, Administration, Economics, International relations or other related areas.Experience: minimum 5 years experience in material planning, logistics and procurement.Collaborative mindset, adaptable and willing to work to tight and changing timelines.Proficient in analytical thinking and data skills.Demonstrates positive attitude, patience, persistence, and determination.Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment.Advanced proficiency in IT tools (excel and others)Excelent knowledge in AIRight to work in BrazilFluent in English (spoken and written)Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written)Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro
