About the Role:
* You will take ideas from concept to completion, conducting full research processes and managing usability testing sessions.
* Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams is crucial.
* You will work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scope appropriately, and account for edge cases and error states.
* Help establish and maintain a consistent design language and component library.
* Contribute to the overall brand experience—create and maintain brand and marketing materials.
About You:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong portfolio with concrete examples of designing and shipping complex web or mobile interfaces.

The team relies heavily on Figma, Slack, Linear and Notion for collaboration.
Please apply with your LinkedIn profile and/or resume. Please include a portfolio link.
Interview Process:
* Asynchronous portfolio review: Create a 15 minute video walking through a relevant project that demonstrates your skills and experience related to the role.
* Project: Spend 2 hours on a small project. You will be given product context and asked to come up with low fidelity designs for a user experience that would address the problem. You will present your project during a 1-hour interview with leadership.
* 1-2 additional follow-up 1:1s with the founder and/or Head of Engineering may be requested to address unresolved questions.
