Job Summary:
The Commercial Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging existing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Develop and execute customized account plans, build and maintain strong connections with customers, recognize and capitalize on emerging business prospects, conduct regular performance reviews, and deliver insightful business analyses.
* Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales quotas, foster client loyalty and retention, negotiate and close deals, manage the sales process, and contribute to strategic sales initiatives and best practices.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the software industry
* Experience working with extended sales cycles, request for proposals, and public tenders
* A solid understanding of software development lifecycle and enterprise IT environments
* Familiarity with open source software, API management, and IAM technologies
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities
* The capacity to establish and maintain robust customer relationships
* Aptitude for analytical thinking and problem-solving
* Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools
