About the Role
The IT Business/Functional Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technological solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Requirements Analysis and Specification: Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for the development team. Create wireframes and mockups to visualize the proposed solutions.
* Solution Design and Testing: Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs. Develop and execute test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Stakeholder Management and Leadership: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
* Risk Management and Budgeting: Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects. Assist in managing project budgets and ensure the use of resources in a cost-effective manner.
* Documentation and Support: Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials. Provide ongoing technical support for implemented solutions.
* Continuous Improvement: Analyze and resolve system problems and incidents. Participate in change management to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
This role requires working closely with business users, developers, and project managers to deliver effective technology solutions that enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
