Position Purposes:
As a R&D Field Coordinator in Brazil, this position will be responsible for field trials and demoplots of CAC products and pipeline of crop protection which includes protocols design, install/evaluate field trials products in Brazil, and developing products according strategies and priorities to achieve launch goals and timelines. At the same time, will be responsible for technical consultant relationship and set contracts aligned with CAC policy. Collaborate with internal teams with technical trainnings and establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
Principal tasks and accountabilities:
1.Arrange or implement field trials and demoplots according CAC global R&D plans to be launched in Brazil, including but no limited to sample management, trial site selection, plot design, application, investigation, data analysis and trial report.
2.Development of products and market opportunities through marketing actions like lectures, brochures, support on field demo-plots establishments and field days.
3.Training of the internal sales force team, distribution/coops and local consultants;
4.Relationship with official researchers, consultants and key ambassadors, aligned with protocols discussions according to the region profile/potential and assure the ideal positioning for Albaugh product portfolio;
5.Consolidate and interpret data provided through field trials and demo-plots established
6.Analyze the market dynamics and competitor movements & actions.
7.Suggest, define and prioritize the key market opportunities to be incorporated into regional marketing plan;
8.Support marketing team to identify and prospect new business opportunities, leverage product launches and work as market developer to generate demand

Requirements
1. At least 2-3 years of field trials experience in the agrochemical industry
2. Proficient use of computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and data analysis
3. Familiar with the agricultural and chemical industry market and product knowledge, understand customer needs and competitor situations.
4. Has good analytical and visionary approach on new ideas based on key market trends
5. Fluent English speaking and written expression skills, with priority given to those with other local language abilities.
6. Have the ability and experience to carry out R&D trials and demoplots in Brazil, and to achieve sales goals and product launches effectively.
