Key Responsibilities
Clinical Project Manager Vaccines LATAM oversees project delivery, ensuring compliance, planning, and execution within scope, time, and budget. They will also lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders, anticipate issues, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt to regulatory or operational changes.
The key responsibilities include:
* Budget forecasting and burn-rate monitoring
* Scope change control and end-to-end project delivery
* Risk, resource, and milestone management
* Study plan development and protocol interpretation across regions
Tech Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of cross-functional clinical PM experience, strong knowledge of regulatory/GEP and RA/MOH protocols, proficient with PM tools, and skilled in clear stakeholder communication and actionable guidance.
