Job title: Salesforce Business Analyst – CPQ

We are hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong CPQ expertise to support Salesforce transformation initiatives and Quote-to-Cash processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and support Salesforce CPQ implementations.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze business requirements
* Create user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
* Support Agile ceremonies, UAT, and release activities
* Work on Salesforce CPQ processes including:
* Product configuration
* Pricing & discounting
* Quote generation
* Approval workflows
* Contract renewals & subscriptions
* Collaborate with business users, developers, QA, and architects
* Support user training and post-production activities
Required Skills
Strong experience with:
* Salesforce Sales Cloud
* Salesforce CPQ
* Opportunity-to-Quote (O2Q)
* Quote-to-Cash lifecycle
Knowledge of:
* Flows
* Reports & Dashboards
* Security & Sharing
* Standard & Custom Objects
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Strong skills in requirement gathering, UAT, process mapping, and stakeholder management
