Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
* Coordinate Agile development methodologies, ensuring a smooth execution of ART events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
* Manage the ART calendar and program-level cadence.
* Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.
