Key Responsibilities:
* IDentify business opportunities in the circular economy portfolio and services to develop suppliers and partnerships, exploring the market with a focus on reducing CO2 footprint in a profitable manner.
* Implement feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to track supplier performance, providing constructive feedback and support for ongoing improvement initiatives among parts and services suppliers to the automotive industry.
* Develop new business in Stellantis aligned with the Dare Forward 2030 strategy, focusing on circular economy principles.
* Increase the number of circular economy suppliers and families.
* Expand the product catalog from existing suppliers.
* Develop commercial animation for the sale of SUSTAINERA products in the dealer network.
* Promote SUSTAINERA products at prominent automotive shows in Brazil, such as 'Automec'.
Supplier Management:
* Select suppliers based on criteria such as quality, reliability, capacity, and technological capabilities.
* Making informed decisions about onboarding new suppliers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and standards.
* Determine focus areas for performance improvement initiatives with existing suppliers, prioritizing actions that yield significant impact on quality, cost, and efficiency.
* Making decisions on resource allocation and investments to support supplier development programs, promoting a continuous improvement mindset within the supply chain.
* Develop risk management strategies, including identifying critical suppliers, establishing alternative sources, and creating robust contingency plans.
Requirements:
* Graduated in the automotive industry with deep knowledge in mechanical engineering processes.
* Proficiency in English language.
