As a Training Developer, you will play a key role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our associates and clients. Your primary focus will be on applying efficient design approaches to develop innovative solutions that meet the learning needs of our diverse audience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create detailed design documents, test and deploy content
* Conduct thorough needs assessments across multiple business lines to identify knowledge gaps
* Develop comprehensive training plans to ensure employee success
* Oversee the translation process to expand our reach globally
* Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing
* Familiarity with eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate 360, Synthesia, TechSmith Camtasia, TechSmith SnagIt, Audacity, and Vyond
* Able to quickly learn new development tools and adapt to changing technologies
* Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline training delivery
* Basic graphic design skills to enhance the visual appeal of our learning materials
