Project Manager Job Description
The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing software development projects from initiation to delivery. This involves ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements, as well as fostering collaboration and technological advancement across diverse project teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage software development projects, setting clear goals and timelines.
2. Collaborate closely with product teams to define project scopes, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
3. Utilize Agile methodologies to plan sprints, coordinate teams, and facilitate effective communication.
4. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and quality delivery.
6. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a productive and motivated work environment.
7. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of experience in project management and product management roles, preferably in technology or software development.

* Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex product requirements.
* Excellent English communication skills, ranging from intermediate to fluent.
* College degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
