**Project Lead Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage delivery execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
This role sits at the center of business, product, and engineering - translating priorities into action, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in agile environments, hands-on experience using project management tools, and excellent communication skills.
* Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from planning through execution and completion.
* Build and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
* Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
* Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members.
The successful candidate will be a skilled problem-solver with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
* Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Jira.
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role.
