Symplicity is looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing Strategic Consulting team. This is a remote position offering the opportunity to work with global clients and cross-functional teams across Symplicity. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting both new software implementations and ongoing client engagements. You’ll act as the bridge between clients, implementation and support teams, and product development, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and align with Symplicity’s strategic vision. We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional who excels in communication—both verbal and written in English—and is comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, clearly communicating needs, constraints, and expectations. - Facilitate discovery sessions to gather and document business and technical requirements. - Analyze current client processes and identify areas for improvement or automation. - Translate requirements into detailed functional and technical documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and evaluate solution designs. - Monitor development progress and test deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals. - Present findings and recommendations in a clear, professional manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Support the development of administrative and maintenance documentation. - Assist in the planning and coordination of implementation projects. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration. - Understand the client’s organizational context, particularly within Higher Education (preferred) Qualifications: - Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. You will be interviewed in English and must submit a sample of business or technical writing in English. - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, or related). - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Basic understanding of software development environments and technologies. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. - Experience in Higher Education or EdTech is a plus.
