We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for ServiceNow projects.
* Evaluate current business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and automation through ServiceNow.
* Partner with technical teams to design ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices.
* Assist in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to align with business requirements.
* Develop test plans, conduct testing, and validate ServiceNow functionalities to ensure they meet business and technical objectives.
* Provide training and support to end users, ensuring effective utilization of ServiceNow applications and features.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process flows, configuration changes, and user guides.
* Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
* Identify and recommend opportunities for enhancing ServiceNow functionalities and process efficiencies.
* Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow functionalities.
Mandatory Skills
* Advanced/Fluent English to host meetings with stakeholders from the USA.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
* Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
* Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality solutions.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage project timelines.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
* PMI Agile Certified Practitioner or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
