Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and secure media opportunities, filter and respond promptly to client inquiries
* Schedule and coordinate media interviews, ensuring timely and effective communication
* Follow up with media contacts to confirm placements and coverage timelines, monitoring progress closely
* Track and analyze media coverage, providing regular updates to clients on their performance
* Facilitate writing projects with the team to align with client goals and deliverables, maintaining open communication
* Maintain awareness of industry trends and identify timely angles for client exposure
* Provide regular client updates and maintain consistent communication, building trust and loyalty
* Prepare and send biweekly and monthly reports to keep clients informed of their progress
