Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to spearhead delivery execution across intricate, multi-functional initiatives in a fast-paced engineering environment. This role will sit at the epicenter of business, product, and engineering — translating priorities into actionable steps, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
This is a hands-on, client-facing position for someone who thrives on taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and keeping teams aligned and moving forward.
Responsibilities:
1. Own end-to-end delivery of complex projects, from planning through execution and completion
2. Develop and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
3. Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
5. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve
6. Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
7. Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
8. Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
9. Track and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
